Greetings to all, been gone for quite sometime but back home again, just in time for deer season.
The Remington 45-70 side by side that I have is sighted in with the green box Remington 405 grain. Does a good job as is but I have been reading about the Hornady Leverloution Ammo. Has anyone tried it in the Remington Rifles? If so what type of results did you get? I called Hornandy yesterday and asked about this specific load regarding pressure and the gentlemen I spoke with said they (Hornandy Staff I guess) had shot it in Trapdoors without any problem. I don't know enough about trapdoors to make an informed decision. Thanks in advance, Great to be home!
