I was in the gun store yesterday stocking up on stuff for my ground squirrel excursion this weekend and found a box of Federal 20 gauge slugs. It said on the box 3/4 ounce slugs at 1680 fps. This is a bit fast (1500fps is advertised by WR) and a bit light (420 grain bullet is advertised.) I bought them anyway and shot a couple today.

Unfortuneately they crossed 6 inches and shot 1 inch low. The sight is for 100 yards.

Does anybody know of any other slugs that shoot 1 OZ at 1500fps or so?
