Quote: Same here, and I think that gives you a leg up. When I bought my first DR long ago, I had never fired a double with double triggers. My double shotguns were all SST. I had the same fears you have, in spades. I didn't think I could ever remember to switch triggers. I never had a hiccup, and have never had a double discharge. Quote: The only rifles I've used for 20 years now are DT double rifles. My shotguns are still all double/SST. I switch back and forth without thinking about it, and never miss a beat. I wouldn't worry about it. |
