For those that have been hunting with a DR for some time...what do you find is the best way to carry extra ammo? I hunt where it is cold so a leather slide on my belt would be under my hunting jacket and too slow. What else is out there that will keep a few round handy & quiet? Last fall I fumbled with a reload on a running buck. I did get the buck but was very glad it was not a large bear. You Gents that hunt dangerous game with your DRs what works for you?
