Right the frick on!
Do well on the bear.

When you get back and are taking a break from butchering your bear, ask for my balsamic reduction recipe.
You can substitute Port or some other sweet wine for the balsamic in the reduction pan if your local pantry is out of stock.
You won't regret it.
