I don't know if this should be in the gunsmithing discussion or not but here goes. I was sent this link about making parts for old cars and I immediately thought it has application for making anything that is not available anymore. Seems to me that one could remove the action from any weapon and make a perfect copy of it including the engraving. You could actually clone a copy of a priceless H&H, Rigby, Purdey etc.
