IOW, Merkel double barreled shotguns are built on double rifle actions, not the other way round!
This is what I was told. Why build the tooling to make 2 differant actons. Just use the strong rifle acton on the shotguns and they won't shoot loose. When was the last time you heard of a Merkel shotgun shooting loose?
