A 400 is a nice rifle as has been stated. My 400 3 1/4 Alex henry and my 400 3" Jeffery were both bought for under $7000 and both are very fine rifles. The 400 were the most common of the English Rifles and are available almost everywhere. Check the gun dealers who deal in Doubles, everyone has at least one.
