The gun at Cabelas is a nice gun, but I`ve personally never liked the combination of top-lever and hammers...its neither fowl or fish really. The .500BPE H&H at Champlins with hammers and underlever, is a much better buy taken price in consideration aswell..but ofcouse, if one wants a .577 he doesn`t look near a .500cal.
