Ripp, the 500NE is my favorite over .400 cal in a double rifle as well! However, people in the USA are experienceing problems getting their ammo confiscated as destructive weapons ammo by the feds at the airports. The 500NE is not illegal to take into other countries for hunting rifles, but the numb nuts screeners are lucky to read thier own name on their pay check, much less interpit the export regs. The flash point is the "500NE" which they interpit as regulated in the OVER 50 CAL ban for military weapons.

A couple of hunters got to Africa, and found their ammo was still in the states, for a 500NE, and a 577NE double! The 470NE is not being even winked at, however!
