Regulated for Federal ammunition, it is an extremely robust rifle using the time tested Anson & Deeley boxlock action with Purdey third bite. It has auto ejectors, hand checkering, and features a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.The rifle is in excellent condition, with 95% blue, 100% color case hardening. The action is tight, with a total of 71 rounds fired through the rifle, 35 on the left barrel and 36 on the right. Each shot was recorded in a journal, a copy of which is included.

Like the Gibbs it will have Chopper Lump Barrels. Some will argue that the extra strength they supply is not needed but like Leather Interiors they show a little extra interest and attention to detail by the maker.
