Just a quick browse yielded (relatively) few double rifles for sale. The market must have settled down. Those of us who wanted one (or three) have them - and intend on holding on. I sold my Merkel and Jeffery last year when the profit margin and timing was spot on.

What I have now suits me. However I'd love to have a Merkel .500 before Black Osama bans all 50 cal.

I have really really considered a 50 BMG just to stick it to them.
