i owned a merkel 470 bought new about 2001 that came with a single set trigger on the right trigger.

it functioned flawlessly and never gave any trouble.

it did not have an auto safety.

anyone having trouble with a merkel should promptly contact merkel to arrange repairs. they stand behind their guns.
