I had a Model 410 a few years ago, and it was one of the best shooting double rifles I have ever owned! Nothing fancy, but was a real hunting rifle! One must be carefull of the early hammer black powder rifles. Some had cast barrels,, and are, IMO, only wall hangers, and not safe to shoot!

If you can find a Mod 410, however, at a decent price buy it! They are 9.3X74R, and are strictly working rifles, but are very solid!
