Hard to tell what brand, but it has the right look and might do the trick.
I think leather covered is to "fine" for this double, it is after all not a sidelock best quality.

Please post some pictures of the red decelarator pad.

I had a Silvers put on my Mauser and it looks great BUT is a bit hard - Am I getting old? On my .500 Jeffery there was a red pad from "New England Custom guns" That pad works great and has the right look to.
