I'm pretty sure this rifle was one of two made by Bob De Vries of Kudu Services.
Bob is one of the very best custom gunsmiths in this country... a meticulous craftsman.

The barrels were made from old Lithgow Model 12 .22RF barrels (nothing wrong with that, the Model 12 used the same chrome moly alloy steel as the Lithgow SMLE and were hand lapped... very well made!)

The other was based on a hammerless .410 action... which I believe he still has.

If it is one of Bob's, I looked at it a couple of months ago... beautifully made and detailed, correctly regulated and very accurate.
