the 75% rule has worked for me with Hornady .411 300 grain bullets in my Searcy 450/400 on paper. i will be testing it on deer very soon. i've had good results on deer and pigs with Hornady 210 grain .41 mag slugs and 49 grains of AA5744 (no filler required or used) in my Searcy. 5744 burns dirty though.
