I recently loaded some 577 NE loads for a friend's Demas and started out with 107 grains of RL 15 with both 650 and 750 grain cast bullets. This was all my measure would dump in one throw. It shot great with both weights. Bullets were within 1 1/2 inches and the two weights were within 3 inches of each other. I have not chronographed it but it shoots so good that who cares. I used Federal 215 primers and a combination of card and fiber wads to fill airspace. I use 28 guage fiber wads and punch out the card wads.
