Well on Sunday my Dad and I went to the range to try out our new Heym .470NE along with a few other guns. My Dad started with the .470NE...he put 2 shots in and when he went to pull the front trigger the gun shot both shots at once!!! I thought my Dad was going to lose the gun the way that gun kicked and pushed him back!!! At first we did not know it shot both shots until he opened the action and both brass came out. We were somewhat relieved that the kick wasnt going to be that bad...LOL...but a little concerned as to why both shots went out together. Is it possible the trigger is loose? What sort of things should we look at?

Any help would be much apprecaited!
