My humble opinion is that, yes they have gotten more expensive for some of the reasons mentioned. However, I think that they have gone up because now there are more TV shows than ever on hunting in Africa. More people realize that it is within their budget and as they get interested, naturally they get interested in doubles. 5 or 10 years ago Africa was a dream for most. Today, thanks to SCI and others everyone can go to Africa. As the folks with serious money get interested in this sort of thing, market forces prevail.
