Well, it depends on how one considers price and for what. A basic Merkel or Chapuis DR in 9.3X74R goes for between 6 and 9 thousand dollars, depending on engraving. Heyms cost a bit more new as they are generally considered to be a better built rifle. This rifle has upgraded wood and extra engraving,so is it overpriced at $10,500? Considering that George will usually deal on price if he knows that it is backed by cash from a real buyer rather than a tire -kicker, then the actual selling price on this may be in line with current market value.
