I can tell you what worked in my .360 2&7/16" bpe. I use goex express FFG dropped through a tube....as much as I can get in the case which is 60 grs and compressed about 3/16", topped with a thin card wad and the bullet seated directly on top. I am going to try adding a lube but have not needed to so far.
