Viewing these great photos of doubles and the wide variety of game taken with them, I'm having to review my thoughts on doubles.

To me, they've always represented the ideal stopper for all game at close range and the big bores fascinate me the most. Probably a result of reading a lot of Africana! However, the thought of a lighter double is fast beginning to appeal to me for general hunting and I have a pleasant but nasty feeling where this is going! So much for my bank balance!
