You simply needed to include Picture061.jpg after the last forward-slash in your URL.

...but the easiest is to click on the "Direct Link" or "IMG Code" line of code under your thumbnail on the Photobucket album page, and copy/paste it into your post, so you would have

[img]-http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk82/alexbeer_photos/Picture061.jpg-[/img]

...but without the red spaces.
