We have the smaller Merkel 141AE in 8 x 57JRS and Merkel 140AE in 9.3 x 74R on order, again with Recknagel claw mounts. If interested in one of these we can arrange to have the scope mounted and regulated by Merkel. I would recommend the Swarovski 1-6 or the Schmidt & Bender 1.1-4

I am using a Merkel 140 AE in 9.3 x 74R, I am very pleased with her and will be hunting plains game in SA with her in three weeks. She is fitted with Swarovski 1-6 in Recknagel claw mounts. As we have a range here interested customers can test fire her, as well as the .470 NE.
