I have tried to get Greame Wright's book, but it's sold out as you mentioned.
the retailer told me thet the 3rd edition will be released within a few months, so that is good news.
I found one 2nd ed. on the internet, but they asked the outrageous price of $160. Can you believe that!!! When I asked him wether the price was a mistake (or to find out if he was a nutter!), he said it (he) wasn't and the copy had already sold. Now that is what I call a book in demand.
It looks like a mutch better investment than the stockmarket.
