Anybody out there know how I can reach Mr. Owen, the DR gunsmith / builder who lives here in Tenneessee? I have heard about him for years but have been unable to find him. Norman |

Ken is an easy going southern gentlemen. He was wonderful to work with on my 4 bore. Incredibly talented to boot. |

Unfortunately no web site is set up by Mr Owen. I have not seen ANY web site that is solely focused on the double rifles that he builds and his repair work. |

Funny, I asked him why no website too, and he got so mad about the internet, I think his blood pressure skyrocketed to 400 over 5000. Great smith and a neat guy. |

I had him work on my Westley Richards 470 as well--great job--awesome work and had it back in less than 3 weeks--shoots great-- Westley Richards uses him quite a bit for their work as well.. He is a great guy--- Ripp |

Ken stays so busy building rifles and doing repair work for some of the finer rifle retail sights that he does not need a web site of his own to stay busy.Plus he lives out away from town and does not get good feed through the internet. It seems to always be going down on him. You are right, that he does not like messing with it much. |
