I have used several of them, and I was VERY surprised that they shot as well as they do for as little as they cost. All have been good. I have a 25-06 I made for a dear friend of mine. He dies last year, and he left it to me in his will. It's got an A&B barrel and it shoots so well I don't tell people because they would think I was lying. Let's just say, the groups are always in one ragged hole, and the barrel is very light. I took their lightest contour, and turned off about 30% more of it for Bob. He was an old man when I made it for him, and he could not pack a heavy rifle anymore. The rifle's made on Styer M-98 and a maple stock. It weighs under 7.5 pound loaded and scoped. And it still shoots so well you'd think it was a 13 pounder with a very expensive barrel. I would not hesitate to buy A&B barrels |
