I know someone who is wanting (for some time now) to have his 12 gauge Greener converted to a double rifle and I wouldn't mind betting that your thread here inspires him to make a start on it!
By the way, what make lathe is that? Have you made all those knurled knobs for the fixed steady and other bits, or are they original?
