I'm surprised that you haven't heard of them. Joseph Brazier was an old and quite famous company. Brazier was primarily a lockmaker to the trade and many best quality sidelock double guns from London's most famous gunmakers featured Brazier locks.

I also seem to remember that the John Wilkes firm has also fallen into Lippard's hands. That won't be good for either name.
