Played with all sorts of toy guns when I was a kid. We even carved long-guns out of 1x2's at one point, with dad helping out.
I did turn into a peace officer for 34 years, Hmmmm. Got to pack gun(s) every day I wasn't working inside. Didn't even get to shoot anyone. Came close on 2 occasions, though. Close only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades and tit fights.
