6 years and 6 months. It has been many decades since Purdey built a rifle choked gun. Probably close to 100 years. This gun built on a rifle action has an extra set of smooth bore barrels (32”) . The rifle choked barrels are 27”. It is a 10 bore and comes with a mould for the slugs ( looks just like the old Holland paradox mould). The 300 h&h double is near complete (7 years). The Purdey Battery Of 9 I will be in the bush next year. Both the 10 bore and 300 h&h are missing from this photo. Project started in 2010.
