I don't know any double rifle builders in Utah but I am more than willing to help you out if I can. I built my first double rifle with the help of a couple different guys who had the know how and the machines, I just paid them to do some of the more difficult parts. I did have a small lathe that I could use to turn down barrels but no mill.
