After other members were kind enough to assist me in determining the rifling configuration I need in a liner for a single shot rifle, I am interested in what recommendations people might have for a gunsmith to perform the lining work. I am looking for high end work, as opposed to quick and cheap.

This is my first lining project, and not sure exactly what to look for in a top gunsmith. Is a gunsmith that TIG welds the seams preferable to one that does not? What else should I look for when searching for a smith to do this job? I am located in the U.S., and would prefer to keep the rifle in country.
