AKmike, I have used the Burris Fastfire on a number of other rifles and pistols in the past. I will make that suggestion to him. he is a bit old fashion and change is hard for some folks.

NitroX, No offense taken. I would really rather he have someone else do it but I have helped him out in the past and with him being short on funds I told him I would investigate it and let him know. i told him right up front that I am not a Gunsmith but rather a tinkerer and I will not take responsibility for the outcome and he is OK with that. We will have to see.. But don't worry about voicing your opinion in any of my posts, I am not easily offended and always willing to listen to other ideas.
