New 24 inch rifle and slug gun ribs just received

I wanted to let everyone know that I have just received a new shipment of the longer 24 inch machined ribs. This batch is made with the quarter rib and the front sight ramps left 1/16 of an inch higher than before. This was done so that the QD rings would have more room and be able to be positioned better relative to the breech. This allows you to slide the scope back further than before without inteference from the barrels at the breech end. It also allows you to use a lower front sight if you want to. The new deeper depth of these also allows you to sink them down between the barrels further on smaller bored rifles where there is more of a gap between them. If the extra heigth is not wanted or needed, it can be easily milled off after getting the rib soldered up on the barrels.

These new ribs measure out at about .440" high, versus the old .375 inch heigth or roughly .065" higher or very close to 1/16th inch higher. The older style 22" ribs still measure .375 in heigth. All these are priced at $100.00 plus $10.00 shipping. If you want to buy several of them, I can send them all together and save you some serious money on shipping. I am willing to work out discounted pricing for ten or more of these ribs shipped all at once to the same location.

If none of these sizes exactly fit your needs, contact me and let me know what sizes you want made up. Speciality ribs will be a little higher in price because they are usually done as one piece at a time and the holding fixture has to be reset again for the different sizes. Bob
