The rib solder does flow when I'm regulating, that's why I put the clamps back on it farther back than just the muzzles. I don't want to lose what I have. I don't usually have to add anymore solder to the ribs but sometimes I will if it looks like I am loosing the bond. This is one of the reasons I don't worry about cleaning everything up until I get the regulation done.
