Are you using CNC for the "donkey work" or just drawing on CAD ???

The jig/setup that you used to cut the radial surfaces for the bites to engage on ....... how did you pivot the action against the broach ????

Will you Colour Case Harden this action ??? and do you do this yourself ??? If you're doing it yourself details of this process would be appreciated.

I'm hoping that you and Ellis can get your heads together. It should provide some great material for the next edition of his book.
