Re: Possible to convert a 9.3x72r to a 9.3x74r ??

I really appreciate all the help and advice. I did approach a reputable london gunsmyth and he said it should be ok but I too have reservations so I decided to ask here for some valuable opinions. Dont need a prop for tomato plant just now, in fact dont even like tomatoes so might leave it as is. Now to start the ardous task and red tape to hold both a 72 and 74 or most probably a 375. Laws this side of the World dont make it easy.

I read your earlier post but could not post at the time.

I was going to suggest if a second 9.3mm rifle if legally a problem, could not a .375 Flanged be easier to justify and also a better cartridge choice anyway?

Since suggested.

Depending on how reputable the gunsmith is, if they say it can be done safely etc ...

Of course the barrels will almost certainly need to be re-regulated as well.
