You cannot directly convert the British Tons per square inch cartridge pressure system, to psi {which has been measured using a different method}, in the way you have done it here. Your method of simply multiplying the "Tons" by 2240 will give very inaccurate and dangerous results. As I mentioned above, The British system rates the .375 H&H Belted Rimless Magnum at 19.5 Tons per square inch, and that is a 62,000 psi cartridge.
