Thank you for the compliments, glad I could help with better understanding how a double rifle is built.

One of these days...I need to try and find out how the Merkel 141 "Petite" regulation wedge is put together because it is fully adjustable but still retains the classic looks of a double rifle. It doesn't have the outside ring look like the Bakails(sp?) have on their muzzles.
