I haven't done an extensive search, but a good maker that I trust will charge about £15K for new barrels fitted and regulated.
At those prices and with top grade wood (stock and new fore-end), that would make a full re-build cost just under (cough!) £30K including buying the action....
It would effectively be a brand new rifle though...
What would German, Belgian or Spanish work cost, out of interest?
