If you want to order a book imediately, you will need to send a personal check, cashiers check, or money order in U.S. funds to us through the mail. The web site is NOT functional yet, but will be by the May 9th date (hopefully sooner!!). We will send out notice once it has been updated.

All books are signed and numbered. The price is $54.95 plus S&H ($5.00 within the U.S.A. & Canada; $11.00 everywhere else).
