I have previously purchased blank quarter ribs from Dakota Arms. They will make it in just about any configuration. My desire is to contour the bottom edges to fit the contour of the barrels. I have always done this with files/stones, however I'm looking to purchase a lathe and milling machine. Any secrets of the trade in this area would be welcomed.
