for those who own a Baikal , what kind of tool do you use to turn the regulating nut ? the rifle in question is mp 221 45-70 s/ s .

I just used a allen key that fit the holes worked well for me.

it seemed a little hard to break loose for 1st turn but got easier after that . a piece of a coat hanger wire fit just right and worked well .

Allen wrench to just fit, is hardened steel, while a coat hanger is soft steel; easily bent, though either may work.

I shot these today off hand from about 40 yards after adjusting the regulating nut .Two hornady 325 gr and two Winchester 300 gr from each barrel .The hornadys are the top 2 on the left target and the middle 2 on right target. These are much better than first couple shots (not shown)where left was good but right was about 10-12 inches left . I wasn't trying too hard just having fun .
