This may be a case of lining an existing case with a thin walled brass tube to get the length you need.
Maybe blow out a 9.3X72R and solder in the extra neck made from a section of another more easily found case - 357 Magnum maybe.
One of our fellow members here has shown this technique before but I cannot recall who it was.
