Thanks for the info. I will email Bruce. I was concerned that he didn't have a way to get brass to an individual in the US but perhaps he dioes.

The 9.3x82R started out as a BP round, similar to the shorter 9.3x72R. I guess the idea was to get a few more grains of powder in the case.

A 9.3x72r fits in the chamber but is 10mm (0.4") short. I think the prior owner may have shot 9.3x72r in the rifle but not sure the accaracy would have been great. I would rather shoot the gun using the correct ammo.
