CH4D told me 15 to 24 months for delivery - Although Lee offered them in the past for $40, they now lists them as "custom" - Lee told me it would be a $350 set-up fee, and then $165 for a 3 die set. I haven't bothered to call Hornady or Redding for fear they also would be too expensive.
