CH4D or perhaps Lee Precision Custom Shop. I think Hornady also has a custom shop now, but likely have to phone them.
CH4D will have a "standard" .416 Taylor die set of dimensions.
If your actual chamber is simply a .338 Win. Mag. necked up the CH4D dies will work fine.
Sending 3 fired cases may or may not change anything with them.
