Check out the Lee Ram Prime.

Uses normal shell-holders, virtually as fast as a hand-primer when you get the knack (ie not dropping the ram between cases), and pretty cheap (certainly when compared with the RCBS version).

I still use the hand-primer for bulk stuff like .308, but have been using Lee or RCBS ram-primes for all my nitro reloading for many years now.
